Hint - Some locations where you see having a black background, and white text, that require you to answer questions as part of your entry, that then appear not to have a way to answer those questions,
you should go into your Browsers general options and change it to select "Always use My colors" option, along with text to be black and the
background to be white. This will then allow you to fill out the radio buttons (those little round circles) in order to answer the questions. Don't forget to change them (the options)
back after you are done, otherwise you will never see the other colors at other sites. Please note that these instructions are for Netscape ...
